Pine Ridge Cave Tour
Your extensive tour experience will begin in the demonstration vineyard, proceed through the wine production facilities and will include a tour of the cave system, where you will taste a barrel sample. Each tour is limited to 12 guests and lasts approximately one hour. The tours commence at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. daily and cost is $25 per person. Reservations are required. Children are not permitted on the tour.

Del Dotto Cave Experience & Barrel Tasting
Experience wines thieved right out of the barrels in Del Dotto's romantic underground caves. On this cave tasting adventure, you'll get to taste wines out of serveral different types of oak barrels. It's a subject the Del Dotto family is passionate about, as they experiement with more than 40 different types of barrels from around the world.

Following the barrel tasting you will sample select bottled wines accompanied by handmade chocolate truffles and cheeses. The tasting experience concludes with a sampling of Del Dotto's ports.
