The CIA's DeBaun Theatre comes to life throughout the week with live cooking demos performed by the school's renowned chef-instructors.

The one-hour cooking demonstrations and tastings feature recipes that reflect the seasonal flavors of the Napa Valley wine country and products at their peak in the market. Recipes presented change every three to four days, so you'll want to attend again and again.
